Merger of Phases

Filed 11/24/2021 Book DE2642 Phase 3 on pgs 0568-84 and Inde

 Initially, Hammond Pointe consisted of separate covenants for three phases and some undesignated lots.  In November 2021, all lots in Phase 3 and most independent lots merged with Phase 1.  The documents filed can be viewed here.
