The Sunshine Committee welcomes new residents, and organizes assistance efforts whenever needed (illness, new baby, a death in family, etc.). When you see a new neighbor move in or whenever you know of someone in the neighborhood who needs assistance contact Cheri Artz or Lori Stratton.

The Hammond Pointe Progressive Dinner Party, which takes place in the spring, is an event where neighbors enjoy a multiple course meal, and each course is in a different home. This event is a great way to catch up with neighbors and have a delicious meal. Contact Joanne Hoffman or Gale Roberts for more information.

The annual Hammond Pointe Easter Egg Hunt, open to our neighbors and their families, is typically held two Saturdays before Easter. Neighbors generously donate candy and prizes for the event and the plastic eggs are recycled every year. The Easter Bunny is available for photos.  Contact Paula Aliers.

The Chili Cook Off and Chocolate Challenge is held each Fall. It's a fun, blind tasting competition and widely attended by Hammond Pointe residents. Contact Paula Aliers to learn more or to enter the competition. 

The Hammond Pointe Christmas Party, organized by the Ladies Club and held in early December, is a great way to catch up with neighbors and kick off the Christmas season. Everyone brings an appetizer to share. Contact Paula Woolf to learn more.

A great bunch of Hammond Pointe guys get together for breakfast at a local restaurant on the first Tuesday and third Tuesday of each month (8:30-9:30). Contact Ron Green to be added to the email list for notices.

Hammond Pointe ladies get together monthly (various dates) to build friendships, organize events, and give back to the community. Planned guest speakers or events for the whole community are scheduled during the Gals on Pointe meetings. Check texts, emails, or Facebook for dates. Membership dues of $20 per year help support local charities.  Contact Shirley Osborne to get plugged in to the group.

Ladies in Hammond Pointe get together the first Thursday of each month (6:30 - 9:00 pm) to play Canasta - a fun, easy-to-learn card game. Join the fun! Players change monthly based on availability, so come when you can. Contact Paula Aliers to learn more or to be added to the contact list.

Ladies in Hammond Pointe get together the third Tuesday of each month (6:30-9:00 PM) to play Bunco, a fast-paced and simple dice game. No experience or skill needed. $5 to play. Players change monthly based on availability, so come when you can.  Contact Joanne Hoffman Alwart to be added to the group. 

The Hammond Pointe Ladies pick a restaurant to enjoy on the last Friday of each month (11:30 - 12:30).
