The Sunshine Committee welcomes new residents, and organizes assistance efforts whenever needed (illness, new baby, a death in family, etc.). When you see a new neighbor move in or whenever you know of someone in the neighborhood who needs assistance contact Cheri Artz or Lori Stratton.
The Hammond Pointe Progressive Dinner Party, which takes place in the spring, is an event where neighbors enjoy a multiple course meal, and each course is in a different home. This event is a great way to catch up with neighbors and have a delicious meal. Contact Joanne Hoffman or Gale Roberts for more information.
The annual Hammond Pointe Easter Egg Hunt, open to our neighbors and their families, is typically held two Saturdays before Easter. Neighbors generously donate candy and prizes for the event and the plastic eggs are recycled every year. The Easter Bunny is available for photos. Contact Paula Aliers.
The Chili Cook Off and Chocolate Challenge is held each October. Men are the Chili Chefs and Ladies are the Chocolatiers. It’s a fun competition and widely attended by Hammond Pointe residents. Contact Paula Aliers to learn more or to enter the competition.

The Hammond Pointe Christmas Party, organized by the Ladies Club and held in early December, is a great way to catch up with neighbors and kick off the Christmas season. Everyone brings an appetizer to share. Contact Paula Woolf to learn more.
A great bunch of Hammond Pointe guys get together for breakfast at a local restaurant on the first Tuesday and third Tuesday of each month (8:30-9:30). Contact Ron Green to be added to the email list for notices.
The ladies in Hammond Pointe get together on the second Tuesday evening of every other month to socialize, build friendships and stay connected. Membership dues of $20 per year help support charities in our surrounding community. Contact Paula Woolf to get plugged in to the group.

The ladies in Hammond Pointe get together the third Thursday of each month (6:30) to pay Bunco - a simple and fast paced dice game. No experience needed as we are all learning! Contact Joanne Hoffman to learn more or to be added to the group.
The ladies in Hammond Pointe pick a restaurant to enjoy on the Friday's of the months when the Ladies Club meetings are not held (11:30 - 12:30). All ladies are welcome to attend whenever their schedule allows. Contact Paula Aliers to be added to the notification list.
